We provide high-speed internet and Smart TV connections. You can log into your own OTT accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, YouTube, etc.) or connect your personal laptops/devices to stream content.
Q.Can we order food or bring outside food?
Yes! While we offer a menu of popcorn, pizzas, burgers, and soft drinks, you are also welcome to bring outside food or order through food delivery apps (Zomato/Swiggy) directly to the branch.
Q.Are decoration charges included in the room price?
The base price includes private room booking and screen setup. Celebration decorations (cakes, balloon setup, photography, etc.) are available as add-ons during the booking process.
Q.What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your slot time. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable due to reserved slots.
